Background:
In modern society, High speed train has been a very obvious symbol of Urban influence and competitiveness. China has spent a huge money into high rail rail & train development. Until the end of 2016, Chinese high speed rail has been up to 22,000 km, has been about 60% mileage of the whole world. Meanwhile, more and more countries are discussing & researching on the high-speed rail & train development. We can foresee, the world will be better and closer, with the development of high speed rail.
Application Description & Analysis:
In order to ensure the security and safety of high speed rail & train running every day, the Rail Ultrasonic Inspection will be very important. Especially the high-speed rail speed up to 250 km/h, or 350 km/h, and higher speed. So, this project is to provide a suitable panel PC for Rail Ultrasonic Inspection application.
The device is used to monitor the railway crossing status, to assure the safety and security of trains. Together with the technology of IOT (Internet of Things) and Cloud server system, it can fulfill remote monitor, remote acquisition, and remote notification, improve the efficiency of Railway crossing monitoring management.
Application requirement analysis:
TAICENN discussed with end-user face to face, support on the site, to provide a best solution and product for projects. Due to the requests on the out-door application environment, so the machine need to be used in wide-temp. and water-proof situation. Besides, the machine must be full-sealed with water-proof aviation connectors, to prevent any water, dust, humidity…etc. The brightness should be adjustable, because the machine will be used under strong sunlight in the daytime. So, the device LCD panel must high brightness, up to 1000 nits, adjustable. According to actual demands, it will be OK to design with a resistive touch panel, providing higher reliability & stability.
